A birth injury lawsuit has been filed against a doctor and a state-chartered healthcare facility, Delaware Valley Community Health, by a mother from Pennsylvania. The mother has filed a complaint on behalf of her son, who she believes suffered significant bodily harm as the result of medical negligence by the doctor, Dr. Clinton A. Turner.
