Temporary workers in Illinois have something to celebrate.  On April 27th, the House of Representatives passed the Responsible Job Creations Act with a veto-proof majority.  The act will now go to the state Senate to be voted on as a law. Illinois has been without a budget since July of 2015, and as of right now, there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight.  Both sides are having a tough time meeting in the middle, and that puts things like workers’ compensation in a precarious position.  Gov.
