$1,850,000 Settlement – Motor Vehicle Accident

In July of 2015, our client Albert was traveling with his wife and son to Florida. They were stopped in traffic on the southbound Florida Turnpike when their car was rear-ended by the defendant truck driver at 50 mph. Albert suffered a fractured T3 vertebra with 6 mm displacement, ligament injuries at T3-T4, thecal sac compression at T4, and an epidural hemorrhage at T4-T5. He underwent T1-T5 fusion with implantation of titanium rods and screws. Allegedly, he also suffered a moderate traumatic brain injury which left him with intermittent dizziness and memory loss issues.
