$1,500,000 Settlement - Wrongful Death

$1.5 million settlement on behalf of a mother in a case alleging the wrongful death of her daughter against a renal disease treatment center. Terms of the settlement restrict further details from being shared.  The settlement was agreed by all parties on October 18, 2023 in Cook County Circuit Court.

The mother was represented at trial by Romanucci & Blandin Senior Attorneys Daisy Ayllon and Sarah M. Raisch. Partner Joseph E. Kolar and Founding Partner Stephan D. Blandin also contributed to the case.
