$2,000,000 Settlement - Civil Rights Wrongful Death

Romanucci & Blandin and co-counsel secured a $2 million settlement on behalf of a woman who died by suicide while in jail. The young woman was placed in a cell alone without suicide precautions in the Travis County (Texas) jail despite authorities knowing she was a suicide risk and had made a suicide attempt only days before her death.
