$2,500,000 Settlement - Premises Liability

A $2.5 million settlement was reached in a premises liability case where our client fell through an unguarded light shaft on the roof of a downtown Chicago apartment building. The settlement was reached despite the plaintiff being accused by the defense of trespassing while intoxicated. Partners Bruno R. Marasso and Jason J. Friedl, and Attorney Patrick J.
