$3,300,000 Settlement – Premises Liability
A $3.3 million dollar settlement was reached on behalf of a four-year-old boy who fell out of a sixth story window in a south side Chicago housing complex. The young boy sustained bilateral femur fractures requiring surgery, right pubic rami fracture, a C1 vertebral fracture, and a traumatic brain injury.
