$300,000 Settlement – Motorcycle Accident

While riding his motorcycle, our client, a 42-year-old male was struck by the defendant motorist who was changing lanes, causing various trauma, including a left shoulder SLAP tear and partial-thickness rotator cuff tear, which necessitated arthroscopic surgery with debridement of the rotator cuff, and repair of the SLAP lesion.
