14-year-old honor student pinned by off-duty Chicago Police Officer

R&B retained to represent family of 14-year-old honor student, who is also of Puerto Rican heritage, pinned to the ground without question by an off-duty Chicago officer who mistakenly thought the boy stole a bicycle. Incident took place July 1, 2022 in Park Ridge, Illinois.
