Las Vegas Gun Massacre Suits Accelerate.

A slew of new lawsuits have been filed by victims of the Las Vegas attack, which left almost 60 dead and more than 500 wounded. The alleged gunman, Stephen Paddock, shot attendees of the Route 91 Harvest country music festival from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort on the night of Oct. 1.

The latest tide of litigation targets the entertainment company that put on the show and the hotel, alleging they acted negligently in the run up to the mass shooting.
