Attorney Antonio Romanucci addresses arrest of officer in killing of Daunte Wright

Following the district attorney’s decision to charge former Brooklyn Center police officer Kim Potter with second degree manslaughter in the killing of Daunte Wright, Wright family attorney Antonio Romanucci talks to WGN. Romanucci noted that while we appreciate that the district attorney is pursuing justice for Daunte, no conviction can give the Wright family their loved one back. This was no accident. This was an intentional, deliberate, and unlawful use of force. Romanucci and the legal team hope that greater charges will be filed.
