David A. Neiman Named Partner at Romanucci & Blandin

Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, a national personal injury firm primarily based in Chicago, is pleased to announce that David A. Neiman has been named Partner at the firm.

David is a personal injury and consumer rights attorney who has successfully litigated a variety of cases throughout the country. His practice is focused on mass tort and class action litigation including consumer protection matters involving insurance products as well as privacy and cybersecurity claims. He holds various leadership positions in mass tort and class action cases, an indication of the respect he has earned over the years from his peers and the judiciary. He was recently named to the Interim Plaintiffs Steering Council for the class action litigation related to the Chemtool fire in Rockton, Illinois, on June 14, 2021. He has also been appointed Lead Counsel in the consolidated action arising out of injuries of more than 60 residents, passersby, and first responders sustained because of an ammonia chemical spill in Beach Park, Illinois, on April 25, 2019. David, along with Romanucci & Blandin Founding Partner Antonio M. Romanucci, also serve on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in a case against the Boeing Company, amongst others, representing victims of the Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 that crashed on March 10, 2019.
