Family of man who died while in police custody want answers.

Las Vegas (KSNV) — Byron Williams died on September 5th after being pulled over by police.
Las Vegas Metro Officers stopping the 50-year old for not having a safety light on his bicycle.
His niece wonders how something so minor could have ended in tragedy.
"This process has been a nightmare since the day my uncle was killed, and it was just a minor infraction. It's really hard to fathom talking to the investigators and not getting clear footage of what really took place," says William's niece, Teena Acre.
