Family speaks after settlement in lawsuit against Davidson County Sheriff’s Office on behalf of Fred Cox Jr.

A mother is speaking out after a federal lawsuit against the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office and one of its detectives was settled.
That lawsuit, filed on behalf of Fred Cox Jr., claimed a deputy shot and killed Cox while he was attending a funeral. A $4 million settlement was reached on Thursday.
