Old National Bank shooting victims, families to file suit against gun manufacturer
Surviving victims and families of those killed in the Old National Bank shooting are planning to file a lawsuit against the gun manufacturer.
The shooting, on April 10, at the downtown office in Louisville, resulted in five deaths and left eight injured, including two police officers. The gunman, armed with an AR-15 rifle, was also killed.
Local attorney Tad Thomas is teaming up with Chicago-based law firm Romanucci & Blandin to represent survivors and victims' families against Radical Firearms, a Texas gun manufacturer.
