Recliner facing recall caused fire that injured St. Louis man, suit says

Jones’ suit alleges that both Ashley Furniture and the store that sold Jones the loveseat in October 2022, Affordable Furniture STL near Florissant, are liable for his injuries. The suit cites multiple product liability claims including negligent product design and the failure to warn customers of the dangers.
