'They watched her die' Federal lawsuit filed for teen who died at detention center in Georgia
DALTON, Ga. — The family of a 16-year-old girl who died while in custody at a juvenile detention center in Dalton 2 years ago has now filed a lawsuit in federal court.
The incident already resulted in grand jury indictments for 5 former workers at the center, including the former director.
