$1.1 Million Settlement for Victim of Chicago Area Traffic Collision

Romanucci & Blandin, LLC announces a $1.181 million settlement for injuries sustained by a female driver when her vehicle collided with the rear of a commercial vehicle that was unsafely stopped on a Chicago area expressway.  As a result of the collision, the victim sustained severe injuries, including spinal cord injuries, requiring substantial medical treatment and long-term hospitalization.

The confidentiality terms of the agreement prohibit disclosure of the parties’ names or any further information.
