Senior Attorneys Daisy Ayllón and Sarah M. Raisch settle a case alleging wrongful death against a renal disease treatment center for $1.5 million.

CHICAGO (October 25, 2023) – Romanucci & Blandin, LLC a national personal injury firm primarily based in Chicago announces that it obtained a $1.5 million settlement on behalf of a mother in a case alleging the wrongful death of her daughter against a renal disease treatment center. Terms of the settlement restrict further details from being shared.  The settlement was agreed by all parties on October 18, 2023 in Cook County Circuit Court.
