January 27, 2025

Questions to press@rblaw.net

“The national civil rights law firm of Romanucci & Blandin and the highly respected Arizona law firm of Lerner & Rowe represent the family of Dillon Siebeck, a 46-year-old unarmed and innocent man who was senselessly shot and killed on January 8th by Glendale, Arizona Police Officers who made a tragic error and wrongly believed Dillon was a suspect in a crime. Dillon did not match the description of the man police were seeking nor did police ask Dillon for identification. The sheer tragedy of killing an innocent man demands accountability.

We demand full and immediate transparency and the public release of any and all body-camera footage and dashboard-camera footage of the killing. We have submitted a public records request for this information. It has been nearly three weeks since Dillon was needlessly killed, and his loved ones are still waiting. This grieving family and the community deserve to know the truth of what happened. We have serious questions that must be answered about the use of deadly force in this encounter. We believe every life is precious and that all who cared about Dillon wish deeply that he was still alive today."
