Patrick A. Huber joins Romanucci & Blandin as Senior Attorney

August 12, 2024

CHICAGO (August 12, 2024) – Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, a national personal injury firm primarily based in Chicago, announces that Senior Attorney Patrick A. Huber has joined the firm. Pat will focus his legal practice on cases involving personal injury, medical negligence, product liability, and mass torts.

Pat will work closely with Founding Partner Antonio Romanucci and Partner David Neiman to represent shooting victims in landmark cases against gun manufacturers and distributors.  One prominent case is the lawsuit filed against those responsible for the Highland Park parade shooting that tragically occurred on July 4, 2022.  Additionally, Pat will be on the team that represents the estates of passengers killed in the crash of Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, which went down just minutes after takeoff.

Pat brings extensive experience to the firm.  Most recently, Pat worked at a large Chicago-based plaintiff’s firm, representing thousands of individuals at a time in mass arbitration proceedings against some of the country’s most well-resourced companies, defended by top advocates. Prior to representing plaintiffs, Pat defended companies in consumer finance litigation.  These experiences have equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to take on the biggest companies and win.

Pat earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  After law school, Pat served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alok Ahuja of the Missouri Court of Appeals in Kansas City and the Honorable Steven L. Tiscione of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn.

Pat was recognized as a 2023 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star for demonstrating outstanding professional achievement and attaining a high degree of peer recognition.

“We are confident Patrick Huber will be a valuable addition to Romanucci & Blandin, and his addition reflects the growth of the firm’s presence in mass torts and class actions nationwide. We look forward to his contributions securing justice for our clients,” said Managing and Senior Partner Gina A. DeBoni.
