Romanucci & Blandin Senior Associate Michael E. Holden Appointed Co-Chair of the ITLA Membership Committee

Senior Associate at Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, Michael E. Holden was recently appointed to serve as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). Holden has been an ITLA member since 2008. This will be his sixth year serving as Co-Chair of the committee where he will work with other members to continue their aggressive work on projects initiated in previous years and in addressing new issues.

Founded in 1952, with more than 2,000 members, ILTA is a statewide organization whose members specialize in representing injured consumers and workers. ITLA believes when large entities act irresponsibly by producing unsafe products, by polluting our environment, or by swindling their employees to pad their profits, Americans rely on courts to hold them accountable.

“As an ITLA member, I am proud to work with my fellow committee members and the entire ITLA community to follow the organization’s mission to fight to ensure all citizens receive equal footing in the courtroom, even when taking on the most powerful interests,” said Holden. “This is an organization of great leaders whom I am proud to stand alongside.”

Upon graduating from law school in 2008, Holden was hired full-time by Romanucci & Blandin focusing on the litigation of personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, products liability, nursing-home negligence, premises liability, construction injury, and auto-accident cases. In addition to his work at Romanucci & Blandin, Holden is certified in litigation and dispute resolution and serves as a mediator at the Center for Conflict Resolution. Holden is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and Chicago Bar Association. He was recently named by Leading Lawyers Magazine as a 2017 Illinois Emerging Lawyers – This is his second consecutive year on the list. Additionally, Holden has been selected to the SuperLawyers® Illinois Rising Star list from 2011-2017.
