Romanucci & Blandin secures $750,000 settlement for a man injured in trucking accident
CHICAGO (February 13, 2023) – Romanucci & Blandin, LLC announces the $750,000 settlement on behalf of a man rear-ended by an on-duty commercial trucker in August of 2018. The man, 38-year-old Stan Efimov, was traveling on Interstate 65 in Indiana when Davronbek Rakhimdkanov, on his first assignment for STL Truckers, LLC, rear-ended Mr. Efimov, causing significant injuries. The settlement was secured by Romanucci & Blandin after proving that Mr. Rakhimdkanov had been operating his vehicle at the direction of STL Truckers without the proper training.
The case was filed in 2018 in White County, Indiana and resolved this year.
