Mandalay Bay Mass Shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada

Romanucci & Blandin is proud to have represented victims of the mass shooting at the MGM’s Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017. This tragedy was the most deadly mass shooting in U.S. history. Our firm represented 76 victims from the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival massacre. In all, there were more than 60 people who died and more than 200 wounded with hundreds more with emotional injuries. Our firm collaborated closely with other law firms around the country on the mass tort to secure justice for those who were injured both physically and emotionally or were family members of those who died.

This case was resolved with an $800 million dollar settlement for victims.

Pulse Nightclub Mass Shooting in Orlando, Florida 

June 2016

Romanucci & Blandin is proud to have represented victims of the mass shooting at the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida on June 12, 2016.  Omar Mateen was heavily armed when he opened fire in Pulse. By the time his rampage ended more than three hours later, 49 people were dead and at least 53 others were wounded. It was the deadliest mass shooting by a single shooter in United States history at the time and was an unfathomable blow to Orlando’s LGBTQ community.

This case was resolved with a $2 million dollar settlement for victims.
