Daughter of Daniel Prude and Attorney Antonio Romanucci Address Police Behavior on CNN

Tashyra Prude and Romanucci & Blandin Founding Partner Antonio Romanucci join CNN to discuss the mistreatment and death of Tashyra’s father, Daniel Prude at the hands of Rochester, New York police. Daniel Prude was having a mental health episode, in which he was naked and disoriented. Video shows police hooded Daniel, handcuffed him, subdued him and leaned on his body with their weight him while he was on the ground, so that forces from above and below him were killing him. Indeed, the coroner concluded he died as a result of homicide. Romanucci noted that what the officers did to Daniel certainly crossed any line of reasonable police behavior. A civil lawsuit filing on this case is imminent.
