Attorney David Neiman discusses the pending civil litigation one year after the Uvalde mass shooting

Romanucci & Blandin attorney David Neiman sits down with ABC News San Antonio one year following the tragic mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas that took the lives of 21 individuals. An entire year later, the families and loved ones of those impacted are still seeking answers. Neiman, who is one of the attorneys representing shooting victim Mayah Zamora and others, shares how this lawsuit is just one quest for explanations and accountability. Those listed in the lawsuit include: the City of Uvalde, members of law enforcement agencies, Uvalde CISD and Daniel Defense – the maker of the weapon used at Robb Elementary. Neiman notes that from a legal perspective, if this case can be the building block to help cultivate future change so incidents like this no longer occur, then it will be a success.
