Victim's families, survivors of Old National Bank shooting consider suing gun company

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — For Karen Tutt, time has not eased the pain of losing her husband, Jim, when a gunman opened fire at Old National Bank in April in downtown Louisville.

"He was such a good man," Tutt said while fighting back tears. "He loved his family."

On Tuesday, she told WLKY her life hasn't been the same since that dark morning on April 10, and now, she's fighting to stop mass killings from happening across the country.

"Taking legal action appears to be the only way to make a change," Tutt said.
