Former Arlington Heights school nurse faces lawsuit over alleged misuse of prescription drugs

A former elementary school nurse in Arlington Heights now faces a civil lawsuit in connection with accusations of misusing prescription drugs intended for students.

Lawyers representing the nine families seeking damages say Tory Eitz, who formerly worked at Westgate Elementary School in Arlington Heights, and the district should be held accountable.
