4WWL Video: New lawsuit filed in aftermath of Bourbon Street incident

... The suit claims that the city was focused more on keeping people safe for the Superbowl, but in doing so, left another big event in New Orleans, vulnerable. They say this tragedy was preventable. While the attacker was the one with hate in his heart, they say, the city could have and should have done more.
