Second lawsuit filed in aftermath of Bourbon Street attack

Nearly a month after 14 people were killed and several others were injured in a terrorist attack on Bourbon Street, a second lawsuit has been filed. This suit includes 21 plaintiffs as of now. Many are survivors of the attack who are working to recover. One plaintiff is the mother of Reggie Hunter's son. Hunter is one of the 14 who were killed.
